Additional delegator rewards

I'm starting a big offensive to attract my first delegators!

Of course, in order to achieve the goals of the pool, I need the support of delegators. YOU!
I am making the following promise / offer to my first delegators:

A total of 50% of my pool rewards (when we mint a block) will be shared with potential delegators for 6 epochs! (in avg. 175ADA => so 50% of avg. 350ADA pool rewards expected)

I have considered the following system/rules: (also look at the examples on the right side ->)

IF your staked ADA is bigger or equal to 1.5 million THEN you get 50%

Possible minimum reward at approx. 175 ADAs -> 50% of this = 87.5 ADAs for one epoch
with 6 epochs = 525 ADAs PLUS your normal stake reward
approx. 945 ADAs per epoch normal, with WISE POOL => 1032 ADAs = + 9%!

IF your staked ADA is bigger or equal to 1 million THEN you get 40%

70 ADAs for one epoch
with 6 epochs = 420 ADAs PLUS your normal stake rewards
approx. 630 ADAs per epoch normal, with WISE POOL => 700 ADAs = + 11%!

70 ADAs of my pool rewards goes to YOU! 40%

IF your staked ADA is bigger or equal to 500k THEN you get 30%

52.5 ADAs for one epoch
with 6 epochs = 315 ADAs PLUS your normal stake rewards
approx. 315 ADAs per epoch normal, with WISE POOL => 367 ADAs = + 17%!

52.5 ADAS 30%

IF your staked ADA is bigger or equal to 250k THEN you get 20%

35 ADAs for one epoch
with 6 epochs = 210 ADAs PLUS your normal stake rewards
approx. 157 ADAs per epoch normal, with WISE POOL => 192 ADAs = + 22%!

35 ADAS 20%

IF your staked ADA is bigger or equal to 100k THEN you get 10%

17.5 ADAs for one epoch
with 6 epochs = 105 ADAs PLUS your normal stake rewards
approx. 63 ADAs per epoch normal, with WISE POOL => 80 ADAs = + 27%!

For the future, I plan the implementation by means of a smart contract with further rules.

Participating delegators:

If the additional rewards exceeding 100% on joining, the delegator will still receive the next lowest percentage that does not lead to the 100% being exceeded

1st example

1. Delegator (DG) with 700K = 30% of my rewards awarded

2. DG with 2 mio. =50% + 30% = 80% of my reward given

3. DG with 500K = 20% + 80%, since 30% already gives 110% of my rewards and exceeds 100% = 100% of my rewards are given

4. DGs with any stake -> do not receive any additional rewards, next chance with the next action!

2nd example

1. Delegator (DG) staked with 10K = 0% (because less than 100k)

2. DG with 50K = 0% assigned

3. DG with 150K = 10% assigned

4. DG with 100K = 10% + 10% = 20% of my rewards assigned

5. DG with 100K = 10% + 10% + 10% = 30% of my rewards assigned

6. DG with 1 mio. = 10% + 10% + 10% + 40% = 70% of my rewards assigned

7. DG with 2 mio. = 10% + 10% + 10% + 40% + 30% (since 50% exceed 100%) = 100% of my rewards are given

8. DGs with any stake -> do not receive any additional rewards, next chance with the next action!
